Hi Everyone,

My name is Anita Johnson and I've been a member of BYB for almost a month. I've been meaning to post my introduction before now, but find myself easily distracted with all the other things I feel the need to do when I'm online. Laughing

I raised my 19 year old son, as a single mom, and I've not held a traditional job in 4 years. I began my search for income online 3 1/2 years ago, and I'm thrilled to have found a place where I can feel good about referring people who need the type of resources BYB offers, as well as the support of this team.

If there's anything I can do to assist any of you, please don't hesitate to ask. In my previous traditional employment, one of my job titles was "Help Desk Support Engineer". After all this time of being online, I've come to conclude that I need to work diligently on building the website that can help people who are either new to the Internet, or just need a place to go to find basic information that most of us had to learn without any guidance.

Jeff has been telling me about your willingness to help with some of the technical writing. I like your attitude. I have been a technician in various manufactuing businesses since 1964. I don't consider myself a professional tech writer though and am glad you have the experience to help in that area. Maybe I can learn some things from you.
