By the way Phil,

You asked some time ago on the P4P forum how to set up your signature file. I don't remember if I did as I promised or not, but it works the same on any forum.

Click on the profile button at the top of this page.

Fill out your information and in the signature box you can put anything in there that is within the limits of the character limit.

In your case, you could put your name, telephone number and say http://newimage.bybweb.com in it. Then go down to the bottom and click submit. It's that simple.

You have already been to profile because I see your location information. All you need to do is go back and enter stuff in your signature box.

The first thing I do whenever I join a new forum is go to profile, set up the information, post my introduction and then go back to profile and upload my picture. The picture has to be within certain pixel size and kb size to be accepted. I have not yet found the program to reduce kb size. Mine was done by a nice lady over on one of the other forums and then she emailed it back to me. That's one other thing we need to do for our team.

Phil,

I just noticed that you introduced yourself on the thread I started. That's OK but you will get more 'presence' on the forum by starting a new topic. Go back to the beginning of this forum and click on 'new topic' and introduce your self again. Then anyone who is looking at the forum will see your topic. Always do that in any forum. Pretty soon people will notice newimage and after awhile, people will read your stuff just because they recongnize newimage.

We need to be thinking of ways to get our 'presence' going. I am starting to see another value in this forum. Since it is basically a team forum, this will be a very good place to help each other learn how to best utilize forums in general. If I make any suggestions, please realize it is for the purpose of information, not critisism.

I really didn't do it on purpose, but just notice how many times I got a new post just talking with you on different subjects. Sneaky, huh? Every time you respond to a person, the post gets bumped to the top of the thread and your sig file is more noticable. (TIP)
